that have been introduced to the Church that are not in agreement with the original teachings, this is still the
Church of Jesus Christ.
Jacob 3:132 "For it grieveth me that I should lose the trees
of my vineyard; wherefore, ye shall clear away the bad,
according as the good shall grow, that the root and the top
may be equal in strength, until the good shall overcome
the bad, and the bad be hewn down and cast into the fire,
that they cumber not the ground of my vineyard; and thus
will I sweep away the bad out of my vineyard."
Mathew 16:19 "I will build my church and the
Gates of Hell shall not prevail against it."
Doctrine & Covenants 6:3a "Now, as you have asked,
behold, I say unto you, Keep my commandments, and
seek to bring forth and establish the cause of Zion."
There are several congregations in the Independence, Missouri area that continue to worship in a manner that is more
traditional in nature. They continue to use the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints' name on their
buildings and in their worship services with the approval of the World Church. His Church is still alive and we are
